FROM THE PLAN TO THE FOLLOW-UP
Pulse helps hospitality businesses organise the information they need to plan, review and improve their marketing.
See planned and recorded content in a monthly calendar or list. Open a post to review its details, campaign context and recorded results.
Find the five strongest and three weakest posts or reels in the selected period using the metrics recorded in Pulse. Review stories separately, with platform and paid-content filters for more useful comparisons.
Keep a saved log of enquiries from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, assign a follow-up and prepare an internal reply draft. The current pilot uses recorded messages; live collection and sending replies are not active.
Import website and search-query reports by CSV. Choose the dates you want to review, then apply them to compare the information available for your business.
Review voucher sales, payments, refunds and redemptions from imported data. Compare venues and sales channels by cash, quantity or face value, with monthly and year-to-date views.
Organise campaigns and tagged links. Prepare news and SEO briefs, review facts and export template drafts for your publishing workflow. Automatic AI generation and publishing are not active.
The pilot supports saved records, imports, planning and reporting. Automatic social, review and message feeds are still being connected. An account connected to a provider does not yet mean its data is flowing into Pulse.
A REGULAR MARKETING REVIEW
A useful dashboard should help you decide what to do next. Start with the data you have, check the period and platform, then give the follow-up an owner.
Add your content and messages, or import the supported reports. Review which accounts, venues and dates are covered.
Compare strong and weak posts within a relevant platform and format. Review stories separately, and check voucher or website results alongside the content plan.
Record the next content idea, assign a customer follow-up or prepare a campaign brief. Use the diary to keep the plan visible.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Not yet. The current pilot has a customer message log, assignment and internal drafts. Live collection is being connected and depends on each platform’s permissions and available features. Private TikTok messages are not supported by the proposed Metricool connection.
The 30-day view ranks the recorded posts and reels in the chosen period; stories have their own ranking. Use the available platform and paid-content filters, and compare like with like. Missing data is not a zero-performance result.
The dashboard keeps its existing sign-in and access controls. A link from this website does not grant access to the workspace or its records. General self-service access is not currently available.
Automatic social publishing and message delivery are not active. The pilot helps you organise plans and prepare internal drafts; these still need review and use in the relevant platform.
Commercial pricing, general availability and bundle terms have not been announced. Pulse is currently a pilot product and its future licence and support terms will be confirmed separately.
